About the event
Do you enjoy working with fashion, and is sustainability a priority? Do you want to produce (clothing) items in the most friendly way possible? In this zero-waste course, I help you discover how that will work for you!
With zero-waste design, the pattern parts fit together in such a way that no residual waste is created during the cutting of the fabric. So researching and puzzling. There are several ways to create a zero waste design.
What can you expect, among other things?
- Sustainable sewing
- Zero-waste pattern making
- Researching clothes & designs
- Molding (this is working on the doll with fabric)
This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced students. You can get started with zero-waste at your own level and there is attention & space for what you want to achieve and what you need for that. Lessons are in Dutch or English.
